What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Returns: accepted within 7 Days after purchase was delivered for store credit only. 

Returns only accepted if they are returned in the same condition as received, unworn (without signs of wear or damage). Please be sure to try on huaraches on a carpeted surface before use, to ensure that the item is not damaged and therefore still eligible for return.

We will not accept exchanges or returns if they are worn and have signs of use. 

If huaraches are returned in worn or damaged condition an exchange for store credit will NOT be issued and the huaraches will NOT be returned to you.

Exchanges: only within 7 Days after purchase and you will be responsible for shipping cost on items you'd like to exchange if items are available if not store credit will be issued. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We do not issue refunds.

**Purchases delivered local will only be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.**

Not what you wanted or just didn't fit?

No problem lets exchange for another size or item (subject to availability).

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Given current situations, we are experiencing delays with mailing services. Orders are taking longer than estimated to arrive.Please allow for a minimum of 1-2 weeks for production since this are handmade to order. Estimated processing time of order is 2-3 weeks. Shipping time depends on the shipping rate purchased. Shipping time begins after order has already been processed

Can I cancel my order?
